In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We're rolling out new capabilities focused on security, test data management, execution control, and crawler intelligence. This update will be deployed with no downtime or service disruption.

What's New

1. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – QApilot now supports MFA for all user roles. Upon login, users with MFA enabled receive a 6-digit OTP to their registered email, which must be verified before access is granted. Platform Admins can enable or disable MFA at the tenant level or for individual users. OTPs expire after 2 minutes, with one resend attempt allowed before a 5-minute cooldown.

2. Cloning Test Data Across Plans – Test data sets can now be cloned from one plan to another. A popup prompts the user for a new title, and all items - including static, random, and dynamic entries — are copied in full, preserving their original state, type and order.

3. OS Filter for Test Steps – Individual test steps can now be assigned a specific OS type (Android or iOS), similar to how OS filtering works at the test case level. Steps default to "Both," meaning they run on all platforms. When a specific OS is assigned, the step is skipped for the other platform during execution.

Additional improvements include enhancements to crawler intelligence with support for profile and settings exploration, step-level data on the reports listing screen, refined Exception Block placement, step ordering updates, and screen refresh optimizations during live executions.

Our team will monitor the rollout closely to ensure a smooth experience. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team.
